Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges exclusively for items that arrive damaged. To be eligible for an exchange:

1. Notification: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Proof of Damage: Provide an unedited video showing the product being unboxed, clearly highlighting the damage.

3. Product Return: Return the damaged item in its original packaging, if possible.

Once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will process an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds or accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind after placing an order. Each macrame piece is handcrafted with care, and we do not accept returns for personal preference.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning damaged items for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
