To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met: 1. You must provide an unedited video of the product being unboxed as proof of the damage. 2. The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. If these conditions are met, we will gladly exchange your item for the same product, subject to availability.
